Introducing the rabbits of Rayah Rexes, today.

Over the years, rabbits have come and gone. And the rabbits will continue to come and go. But here, today, these 6 pairs of rabbits will become the base of our future lines. 6 pairs of rabbits to become Rayah Rexes 2024 and beyond. Plus a couple that I just cannot bear to let go of, here and there.

Westhaven Bentley and Westhaven Cerise will be replacing my black line, creating a whole new line. Considering Cerise carries chinchilla and Bentley carries ermine, I may get a few surprises in there too.

Azurite Radar will be paired with Westhaven Silk to create another black line exquisitely harmonised with ermine to create a better coat and create a completely unrelated line to cross with in the future.

Elvyn Glade Scottie will be paired with Rayah Gina, who is a tort. it's not an ideal match, but we have to start somewhere don't we? And ideally, I'd like to stick with as much of my stock as possible.

Mr Noodle is a 2nd generation Californian x Standard Rex who I intend to pair with Rayah Blanca to create the lost himilayan gene in New Zealand. It'll take a while and most won't like that I'm doing it.

Westhaven Pickle is a beautiful broken chinchilla that I fell in love with simply because he is broken and I have a soft spot for the broken colour rabbit. He'll be paired with Rayah Darla, a black.

Rayah Abel is the first chinchilla I have bred in years! He's not the most spectacular, but he is mine. And he will be paired with Westhaven Pepper, Mr Pickles' sister, who is a castor carrying chin.
